In this interesting program we will explore how our brains change with age. Why is it normal to become forgetful about names or where we parked the car? What is known about maintaining a healthy brain? We will also look at more serious changes, such as Alzheimer’s disease and dementia to see how they are different from normal aging. With greater understanding, we can relax about normal age changes in ourselves and others. We can also create a more supportive community for families and individuals undergoing changes related to Alzheimer’s disease.
